B&W participates in an Iberoamerican roadmap on nanotechnology
B&W participates in the project ‘Iberoamerican Nanotechnology Roadmap on Health, Energy and the Environment’, which first meeting took place in Barcelona on February. B&W role in the project is to supply the expertise in the roadmapping methodology as well as contributing to the elaboration of the final report. The consortium is complemented with CIN2 (coordinator), ASCAMM, Federal Universidade do Rio de Janeiro, Antioch University and the Potosino Institute for Scientific and Technological Research. The roadmapping exercise will focus on certain applications within the areas of energy (photovoltaic applications), environment (water remediation) and health (nanomedicine). The project is co-funded by CYTED, the Iberoamerican Program on Science and Technology for Development.
